Service Description

This class will be taught in person over 4 four weeks, and the price includes supplies and instruction for a lash installation to be performed by you on the friend or family member of your choice in our office.

Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT POLICY: We require a 30% deposit for all appointments with a credit/debit card on file. GRATUITY: Gratuity isn't included in the price of the services or packages. Standard tipping is 15-20%, at your discretion. CANCELLATION: We require 24-hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. You will receive your 30% deposit back as long as it's during the 24-hour cancellation period. Failure to give 24-hour notice or no-shows will result in 100% of the scheduled service fee. All cancellations must be made over the phone. LATE POLICY: Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available. If you are at least 15 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and fees may apply. GUARANTEE: Skintuition strives to provide a safe and sacred space for health & wellness to flourish, we strive to keep our suite clean & keep our clients safety first! If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we are proud to offer. REFUNDS: Skintuition does not offer refunds on services. We do, however, offer a GUARANTEE POLICY (see above.) ALLERGIC REACTION: If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment. Simply call us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions. LASH EXTENSION REFILL POLICY: 2/3 week refills: No more than 50% loss of initial set *If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes. *Any thing over 4 weeks is considered a new set. APPOINTMENT RECOMMENDATIONS: -Contacts and makeup should be removed before the appointment. -Please limit caffeine consumption on the day of your appointment. -Please silence your phone in order to keep the relaxing atmosphere for everyone else around you in the salon. -Please try not to bring children to the appointment, I'm a MOM I understand if you have to. I have coloring books and WiFi so bring that tablet :) -Keep talking to a minimum and feel free to take a well-deserved nap and wake up to beautiful lashes!
